College Football Coaches Poll is an absolute joke

Unlike the College Basketball Coaches poll which gives each conference 1 coach to vote the College Football poll which until this year's playoff actually counted in the BCS standing was used.

Virginia Tech goes INTO Columbus and beats Ohio State and the college football coaches vote Ohio State ahead of Virginia Tech. I mean if this were week 8 or 9 and we knew Ohio State was good then fine, but its freaking pre-season adjust your rankings by performance. I wouldn't have FSU or Bama 1/2 right now. They will be there in December, but not right now.

just looked to see if OSU would actually still be ranked ahead of the team that just bet them in their own building by double figures and was relieved when I saw them several spots below in the AP poll. Then I scanned over to the coaches poll and saw this - just absolutely unreal. That poll should be discontinued immediately. Oh Lord

That's ridiculous. Nebraska and South Carolina should be removed from the top 25 also.
