Agreed. I enjoy the chat room. And since the chat room is a heat of the moment place, people will say things critical of a players decision, shot, de etc. at that moment. No big deal unless they start making it personal. I guarantee if JB was chatting his responses to his players during the game, we'd see a lot of interesting comments

I actually prefer the Game Threads. It's annoying having to refresh it, but I find the commentary much more tolerable. Plus, I usually only look at it during timeouts anyway. To each his own though.

In this instance you have me mistaken for someone else. I was in the Miami game in the first half and announced my leave when were struggling to change mojo and also to make sure I didn't make any rash judgements or posts in the chat room. I did the same thing during the Nova game--worked like a charm then too.

I used to be over the top in the chat room (I do use the room to vent sometimes) but I've become much more disciplined and measured in my approach lately.

Yes, I remember that. Lawrinson did the same thing. I believe I noted at the end of that chat that since Lawrinson's exit was so good for SU we should consider banishing him from the chats entirely.

I am learning to not post in the chat when my emotions get too high. I am by nature a pessimistic person, so this is probably a good idea for all those involved.

I think there is a way to do this. There's a Who's Online list and an ignore button when you click on a user. Haven't tried it yet.
