Cooper Lutz

I’m very excited about our running back room. Hopefully Howard comes back next season so Hough isn’t forced to be our bully back year one. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s physically ready.

Howard is not coming per multiple people here.
Out RB room should be good next and I suspect the staff will bring in another ‘21 RB.

Tucker and Lutz seem like a great duo. Throw in Jordan, who I think is a weapon worth 5-10 touches per game but severely overhyped here, and it’s a great set of backs moving forward imo.

Lutz and Tucker are a nice combo. May allow for us to use JJ more dreatively too. Nice game for Lutz. Hough next year will round out a solid group.

I thought his blitz pickup was very good (did I miss any whiffs?).

He's not bad running the ball either. If we get Tucker back, that's not a bad 1-2, all things considered.

Poor blocking and poor vision.
I remember that one play he missed a block up the middle and the QB got sacked a few games ago but it also looked like he was trying to chip and run a route. It’s weird because he seemed to do fine when he first played.

Anyhow Cooper looked great so I guess it’s him and Tucker from here on out...

He did great.

What happened to Markenzy P? Is he hurt?
Pierre got in for a couple of carries I just think Lutz was more fit for todays role and he did a very good job all the way around .

Not sure JJ was over hyped. You just cannot run a 170 pound rb up the middle multiple times. They never really gave him the opportunity to use his skill set which is coaching.
Have always liked Lutz. Glad he is getting an opportunity. Frustrating that it takes injuries for Dino to give some players a chance.

Rushing 15-81 5.4 avg
Receiving 4-25 6.3 avg (most his catching where basically throw runs)

106 yards on the day and picked up blitzs well, these are the types of games Mo Neal had.
Mo is a good comparison. Similar running styles and body type imo.

Tough kid but I feel like he should be our slot receiver. Always wondered why he got no chance there. Tough middle of the field catch everything and get some RAC guy.

This year happy with him at RB of course.
