Daivon Ellison transferring to Duquesne

I believe it's called Rooney Field (like the Steeler Rooneys).

That's a small school with outsized support in Western Pennsylvania. Don't know if they're competitive on the field, but I'm thinking that a Duquesne football player will leave college with plenty of people looking to offer him a job in that area.

Yes, Arthur Rooney field (he was an alum of Duquesne). Nice small school. There are a lot worse places to live and work then the Burg. Hope he does well there.

Duquesne is one of those schools that played big-time football before the war, then downgraded afterwards.
The went to the Orange Bowl, (which was originally called the "Palm Festival") twice and won each time:

Cordy is the better player with tackling skills and better speed. They both lack in coverage, hence the love. Nice landing spot for DE. Best of luck DE.

Cordy is for sure better overall. But this kid was a fearless hitter - his best trait. I’m happy for him and happy for us that it appears we are upgrading.
