I think he needs to graduate from his junior college before he can be eligible to come to SU [didn't make grades out of HS].

Which means that he'd be a summer enrollee. Which means that he'll probably sign in February.

He is supposed to be a January enrollee also. You are correct that he does have to graduate but supposedly he was doing the 4 semesters in 3 (summer also prob) so he'd be able to make it for Jan. There is obviously a big difference between what he wanted to do and what actually happens but the plan is/was for him to enroll in Jan also so we'll see.
