I kind of understand what he's saying. I could totally see putting myself on timeout for a few months and then just checking back in before the season to see who we are rolling with. Maybe I'll even make a couple unfounded Boeheim rumors up to make the mods put me on timeout.

I've got enough drama in my life with my own 17-year old.

I get that but for me it boils down to whether kadary stays or leaves. If he stays it’s a lot easier to enjoy the musical chairs. If not the staff has a lot of work to do.

Honestly that would be funny even if in a tragic way. Love to see how the NCAA would respond to seeing a team lose every player to the portal.

Some schools let you look around, and some schools say "Don't let the door hit you in the ass".

Probably a case by case basis rather than school by school

Yup, but mine is 20, facing major surgery, and trying to land a roster spot with no game video for 2 years.

Sorry to hear that. Thought he had caught on somewhere. But I guess covid had something to say about that.

I myself was hoping to use the AAU season last year to see if the boy wanted to extend his HS career into a post grad somewhere. But that didn't happen, and he's so done with HS now he's ready to put it all behind him.

And now the wife and I will have to find other things to do instead of watching him play ball
