Watch it again full screen. It was a high snap which TD handled well and than he took at least 2 full steps in his drop back, with the ball held high, only to be smothered. It wasn't his fault, he had zero protection.

Keep in mind during preseason camp, the defense usually has a good idea of what play is coming. Also, Babers likely kept the script pretty vanilla with the understanding video of the session was going to be posted.

Really wouldn't worry about it. Last year we threw more passes than any season in school history. Your boy will put it in the air plenty.

Im sure Dino has whats best in mind for the current state of the team. That being said, I dont think theres much if anything at all to be taken out of that video other than our defense knew what plays were coming.

I agree with this. Dino knows exactly what he's doing, and isn't going to show TD or ED slinging it around and down the field while the cameras are rolling. I'm sure the plays ran were pretty much the most basic plays in the playbook.

He informs me everyday I don't need a video its just more frustrating to see. He will red shirt just a Shame he didn't get a single Rep not 1 with the first team to see what he can do .

Climb the depth chart? He's running with the 2's in that video. That's pretty dam good for a kid that's been on campus for only a couple of months.

i like the play because the pop play to the TE has always been successful. Erv breaks down to block and then takes off. It'll work everytime and i'd rather see Erv catching it. He'll take that to the house this year.

So whoever is the 2 and is just a play away from being in the game doesn't get not one Rep with the unit they play with ? And shouldn't they be judged how they play with the first team and against the first team D ?

My son will always work his butt off ! He is not asking for entitlement! Just a chance a couple series to show what he can do ,, just disappointing when u sit in coaches office when your being recruited and your told you
Will have a chance to compete for the starting job and you stay loyal and then when the time comes you don't get your chance ! How should he or I feel ? How would you feel ?
