If it makes ya feel any better, I've also go some random resperatory illness that doesn't belong as a Summer ailment, and Mrs 721 has had similar for the past week +

Take care of yourself. Get lots of rest and fluids. At 42 I had a sinus infection that turned into pneumonia and ended up going septic. I pushed myself to work and not rest. It took 2 years for me to start to really feel normal again.
