A Dead Period is one of the most confused periods. In a nutshell, coaches are not allowed to meet with you on or off campus during this time. So here is what is allowed during a Dead Period…

• Letters/Emails
• Calls
• Visits to a college, but you may not meet with a coach

It either means he will be the only LT recruit or there is no chance for a LT to start as a true freshman...

Unless you're a top 100 national recruit, you aren't starting at LT as a true frosh at the mid to upper BCS level.

And I'm being generous by saying top 100. More like top 50.

Yeah I think he is assuming he was going to start at LT. He has good tape but would benefit greatly from sitting a year behind a future NFL tackle and a year in the S&C program. Think wisely young man...
