That writer needs to be drug tested if he pulled Dino’s name out of thin air on his own.Writers speculate and put names in an article. No different than what we do here.

He is getting exactly what he wants out of it. Throwing names together and making people talk about it. This thread should have stopped after 1 post. lolThat writer needs to be drug tested if he pulled Dino’s name out of thin air on his own.
Cinnci went from playing in the CFP to hiring Satterfield as a head coach, so stranger things happenYes Purdue is going to pay a buyout and give a big money deal to a coach whose a dozen games under .500 in his career at Syacuse and is something like 6-24 in the month of November. There's a better chance of one of the posters in this thread getting the job than Babers.
Totally disagree. If he's 7-5, he's back.I still think that if he is mediocre next year, like 6-6 or 7-5 with a November slump, they will not renew his contract. If he understands this, he should go if offered.

The Athletic's @BruceFeldmanCFB has Dino Babers as a top candidate to replace Jeff Brohm at Purdue.
He cites Babers' past as a WR coach there and his success in the region while at UEI and Bowling Green.

my point was if a CFP team (bound for the Big12) can take a .500 coach (who was going to be on the hot seat next year), a middle-tier Big 10 team can as wellHows that a bad hire for Cincy when their superstar coach move on? He won right away at Lville and its the same recruiting area. They are about to step up in conference what should they do take a chance on a directional coach or promote an assistant?
Let Dino go to Purdue and we will take Mullen
Couldn't agree more. 7-5 is actually a very good season for us with almost no qualifiers. This could be one of the toughest jobs in P5 football. Edit: and for the record, I'm not a particularly big Dino fan. Just if he gets us to 6 or 7 wins, he's getting an extension, not getting fired.Totally disagree. If he's 7-5, he's back.
It’s a snowball catching fire! This is starting to get traction. Maybe it’s why both of Dino’s coordinators left yesterday…
Maybe JW said he wants a coach with HC experience? Who knows but the whole thing stinksWhy would White leave knowing he would have a great chance at being named head coach?
