There is no way no talks aren’t happening behind the scenes and have been going on for months. I would be stunned if everything was business as usual. Perhaps some silent raises and increases in resources have already happened and will be reported in due time. Private schools don’t have to report the way public schools do. We are at the beginning of witnessing the program being restored to its traditional historical prominence seen in the 20th century.
