Well, it's an interesting development at minimum.

No idea whether the Rooks would consider Syracuse, but I have to believe our coaching staff would be all over this.

As others have mentioned, if we could somehow convince this kid to play at his dad's alma mater plus the Alabama transfer -- our very solid depth at DL would ratchet up an increment in terms of both quality and depth.

Amazing how the portal provides the opportunity to upgrade with highly rated players like this. Out-and-out free agency. Risk / reward.
