...Verse is planning on deciding around the early National Signing Day (December 15th). It could happen within a couple of days of that date. Between now and then, he has visits scheduled to Houston this week and Florida State next weekend. He is also working on scheduling a visit with Iowa for this week.

Think remember reading that JV is a good student?
Must be, if plans 3 visits to Florida State, Houston, and Iowa during UAlbany exam week 12/08-14.

Hope staying close to home factors in his decision, and that SU passes JV's "test".

If we land him over FSU, Iowa and Tennessee that will be a huge boost. Oh well, it’s not in SU’s hands any longer. Let’s hope the coaching staff really made an impression. As big as those other programs are, our defense is the nastiest. Also, as much as we gripe about Dino, I suspect that players like him.

he is top 10 in sacks. Verse knows who he is. Same way he probably knows who Freeney is he is 20 he was still going strong when this kid was in HS
