My understanding is that Dino was hard to work with. They made a number of demands. The bottom lie is that It is hard to produce quality BBQ in the dome, which has really limited space and capabilities for this kind of thing.They had a stand that had Dino pulled pork and baked beans…. Stand behind section 119 or 127? One of those had the Dino options, one had wings and cheesesteaks, In the 00s decade I wanna say
Maybe when the new building east of the dome is completed, some of the space can be dedicated for state of the art food prep. For Dino and other local restaurants that are interested in having stands at the Dome.
