That was one of several messed up comments. to be honest with you i am a bit shocked right now. at this point it does not look good for Fine, but regardless of the outcome of this investigation this she is nuts.

I always thought syracuse was this boring run down city no different than any other boring run down city between NYC and Chicago. But clearly the city is more interesting than I gave it credit for.

Yeah, you know child molesters exist, and sickos in general, but I didn't think people like her existed outside of crime dramas/Lifetime movies. I knew the newspaper article was coming out so I got up and turned on ESPN to see if OTL would mention it. Didn't know I was going to hear the tape although it was inevitable that it too would be released eventually.

If the SOL has passed what can he be charged with?

I'm not sure b/c I am not sure what exactly they are investigating. Not sure about the SOL for federal vs state. Obviously molestation charges would be investigated but I am not sure why the Secret Service was involved unless there is a counterfeiting or financial crime committed. If so, what is the SOL on that? Is there a difference in SOL for civil (as opposed to criminal) matters?

So, I have a lot of questions and have not seen great evidence to suggest he can't/won't be brought into civil court for some of this.
