I still don't get why our football uniforms are bound by a restrictive uniform style via the Nike contract? I fail to see why that helps Nike or Syracuse if the merchandise ultimately doesn't move or isn't expansive enough to include retro styles, etc.

I would assume Nike bends over backwards for the basketball program b/c of the prominence and its habitual place on tv. Odd for sure

We're not a big seller, so Nike doesn't spend too much time on us. We get new designs every 3-4 years, while other schools (Oregon) get new stuff every year.

Sadly, if Nike swings and misses, we're stuck with it for a bit.
