If we’re going to break the bank anywhere, it needs to be on a DE like Keyshawn.

Lack of a difference making speed/ finesse DE has really hurt us on defence (amongst other things) for years.

I think Alton Robinson in 18’/19’ was the last DE we had who I was confident could quickly win a one-on-one in an obvious passing situation. Having someone who can do that completely changes the complexion of your defence and opens up play call options/ makes you less predictable.

A healthy Angeli + Nixon scheming like he did in 2024 can make the offence go with our current talent level.

Spend a little money here. Need him or unlv guy. Need a stud safety another dlineman who can make plays and a wr we can trust to make plays on that side. Rb is good with new additions and hill, qb will be good and olinemen are gonna be coached up. My issue is the defense.

Are there video highlights from 2025 for him out there somewhere? I only see a couple of plays. Its hard to gauge his value. I love his sack and TFL stats. He did virtually nothing before 2025 at UT Martin however. His stats blew up in 2025. But playing P4 football at 6'-3" and 230 lbs is tricky. Was listed as an OLB but seems like he played mostly on the line. Can he be an every down OLB? How are his coverage skills and can he drop into coverage? He didn't have any pass break ups. Doesn't seem big enough to be a DE but can obviously play on the line in special packages or plays where he drops down. Being able to excel in that role obviously still has some value. I'd like to add him but how much we would be willing to pay him has to do with how good he would be as an every down OLB. That statement is probably true for any team seeking his services.

Would like to bring him in but I think we also really need to focus on finding a couple every down DE's that are 250-265 lbs and can generate pass rush. As i believe we may have only a couple that are even that size.
