You will need to stop with your positive posts about SU players in the pros. People are only allowed to:
1. Argue about how they weren't that good when they were here
2. Refuse to acknowledge anything good they did in the pros (pukey mcsoup)
3. Are flat ignore the fact that they actually play in the pros
Unless of course you are taking about Carmelo. In that case you can have an endless debate how he should be the MVP.
P.S.-Awesome to see Shamarko playing. Given what that kid went through in his life, this is awesome. Good post.
I try not to play favorites when it comes to SU kids but Shamarko makes that chore very difficult. One of my favorite players ever to have played on the hill.
It is just that his story is so heartwarming. So many would have given up in his situation. I heard Hunt also lost his mother his freshman year. But Shamarko lost parents in a short time, and had all of his brothers and sisters to take care of. He is just a great example of a good person and a good student athlete.
