Have they said nice things about Rutgers, Kansas, Oregon State? No, nor should they, same with SU. Start winning and nice things will be said.
Nobody watches ESPN anymore. If it isn't Alabama, Ohio St football or Kentucky basketball they don't cover it or they insult it. Fed up with them.
I'm stuck at work so I'm not watching. The Rutgers board is crying saying we are getting love from the show. They said all they got was a few cheerleaders eating hot dogs. If you ask me that kind of fitting for Jersey Girls.
lol well at least they had this guy.

We should put a stake through its heart. The slogan has become a joke.Is "Syracuse, New York's College team" still a thing? or did it die when Gross left?
He is supposed to be some guru. He's nothing more than some fanboy geek who can pull stats out of his ass. His predictions are no better than anyone from this board, and I am pretty sure there are people on this board who have a better prediction percentage than that grizzly geekIt's not about anyone being butthurt or over sensative but when one of the analysts says "why are we even talking about Syracuse" the logical answer then is...I don't know why are you airing the game on your network tonight then?
Nobody is looking to have praise heaped on Syracuse football, but if you are gonna air their games, if you are gonna have them be a topic on gameday, then why hurl a jab saying why are we even talking about this. I don't know ask your damn producer who outlined the show! They could have talked about the game and just spoke about the LSU side of things without hurling a jab at SU, like we are seriously talking about Syracuse football as a topic To me it seemed petty. Again NOT BUTTHURT. Just making an observation
I mostly like the Bear, but your point is 100% accurate. His prognostication rate ATS is in the 40% Range. Just like all ours would be if we tracked our ATS success. He is supposed to be some guru. His predictions are no better than anyone from this board, and I am pretty sure there are people on this board who have a better prediction percentage than that grizzly geek
Right, it's not about being butthurt at all. It's not about anyone being butthurt or over sensative but when one of the analysts says "why are we even talking about Syracuse" the logical answer then is...I don't know why are you airing the game on your network tonight then?

That Christie after he ate RutgersAlIs that Chris Christie?
How so?We should put a stake through its heart. The slogan has become a joke.![]()
On the UConn and Rutgers boards, they are happy to say how they are much closer to the city than is Syracuse and how they have more fans go to their football games in NYC/North Jersey stadiums than Syracuse. How so?
Fair enough. But last I checked, neither of those programs is actually in the State of NY. The "NY's College Team" label can be taken both literally or figuratively. On the UConn and Rutgers boards, they are happy to say how they are much closer to the city than is Syracuse and how they have more fans go to their football games in NYC/North Jersey stadiums than Syracuse.
