I’ve read a number of posts where people are wondering if the DB will take more of a CEO approach with the new coaching hires.
I’m wondering if this happens will DB get out in public to energize the fan base and the program. He seems very charismatic but more often then not he seems to want everything to be top secret when it comes to the program and does little in the off season to energize the fan base and the program.
Does anyone possibly see that changing?

I assume he'll keep a similar calendar but...

I think he should become more of a CEO. Except for 2018, whatever he is doing isn't working that well. If Anae and Beck indeed come in...he better trust them to manage the offense to include the play calling. These guys have been in the ACC for 6 years they know these teams. They will be super motivated to succeed in 2022...they may only get one season.

We have evidence of DB adapting and evolving on both sides of the ball now. I'd bet that the paradigm shift was/is by far most difficult for him on offense. The "new fast" offense is what gave him his identity as a HC. He really had no other choice but to evolve.

Anae and Beck have 9 years of experience together running the show on offense. Including Beck running the 2 minute playing calling and handling the TOs because he is the best decision maker under pressure, as per Mendenhall.

DB will have no one to blame if he does not rely heavily on all that proven experience. I suspect he will.

My guess would be wait until Dino sees how an OC and QB coach who has been working together for 9 years prepares, teaches, etc now for his team. I would wager it will not take long for trust to occur. Really I am getting pretty effin excited about Spring ball and next season. We now have an advanced coaching group here I think it's going to translate into some dubs, bowl games and full Dome crowds.

More professional coaches in the room… All I can say is
