FBS Championship Games and FCS Playoff Games for Dec 5-6

The speed and athleticism in the SEC title game is striking. I realize everyone knows this, but I don’t watch much Big Ten or SEC regular season football. When watching postseason I realize how much those conferences are above the rest. I remember growing up when the ACC, Big 12, and PAC were legitimate title contenders with loads of talent. The NFL draft top picks are mostly SEC/Big Ten as well. I wish the other conferences could just go their own way. It’s a different game.

I know Charlotte is the center of the universe for traditional ACC folks, but I think the ACC champ game would be better in either an indoor or warm weather venue. Miami would be great, but it would give the Canes an unfair advantage if they ever were to make that game. Maybe somewhere like Tampa or Jacksonville?

Tonight’s game will be in the high 30s temp wise.
I like the idea of Jacksonville, but the stadium will be under construction for the next couple of years. After that, the new stadium would be a really cool venue.

Or even Orlando where they play the Citrus Bowl. Does anyone even use that stadium?

If Bama gets handled today, say 31–10, they’re going to be sweating a little bit tomorrow.
Think that's going to happen. Told some folks earlier this week thought Georgia would put a whooping on them today. Hate to admit this but think Georgia right now is best team in the country. Even if Alabama had their RB and TE along with a few others that are out, still think they lose. Not sure what has happened to Ty Simpson. Played well early in season after FSU game but seems shell shocked since the OU game, plus not sure why they aren't getting the ball out in space to Ryan Williams. I guess Kirby might get the monkey off his back.

Fellas they put in Alabama over an undefeated FSU team. They aren't being left out.
That sucked for FSU but it was definitely the right call in retrospect. They lost 63-3 to Georgia in the Orange Bowl.

Yale a play or 2 away from beating #2. It may not be long that the Ivys recruiting picks up and they become a force in the FCS
