FCS Spring Season Question re Transfers

So when this spring thing happens can we offer a guy from ND State 'mid season,' have them quit on the spot for obvious reasons, and then get the guy on the field next September?

I don't see why not as the rules stand.

ACC playing time will get us some good transfers.

Shocked we haven't gone this route when its been clear our scholarship WRs are horrendous.

I think someone would have to enroll at SU in January, and hope the NCAA changes the rule to allow immediate one time transfers.

Maybe the lower level guys, they have something special at NDSU, they've had quite a few coaches go through and the program remains the same, most of their head coaches who leave are successful, jabril cox left and is now at NDSU but I doubt many guys are leaving especially if they've been developed and will play, the staff really needs to pound the portal, their is so much talent from grad transfers to guys with 3 years left, anything less than 10 would be a big disappointment to me.
