Fire Autry

Red will be gone at the end of the year.

Unless we have a 5-6 game losing streak, and then it'll get late early for him.

It'll all be over in 6 weeks.

6 weeks. That's like Spring Training.

It’s just so sad. I want to see the big crowds and the excitement around the program again. We talk about the goals and the milestones. But it’s honestly the aura around the program that I miss the most whatever that means in terms of results, obviously a minimum is a lot more winning. But now it just feels far away.

I feel bad for Kyle but really no one else. Everyone just watches him while he battles all game.
Yup, me too. This feels like deja vu. Kyle is this team’s version of Maliq Brown. He’s a good, solid basketball player with some elite skills but also some pretty big weaknesses. But overall, a nice piece of the puzzle for forming a strong team. Unfortunately for him, that’s not at Syracuse and he’s out of eligibility.

I hate that we're wasting Kyle's one year here and a very good roster.

what does trying to quiet down a student section look like?
Stone cold reality - coaches are getting handsomely paid and players are getting handsomely paid. Students and their families are taking out loans and incurring debt. NIL contributors are putting forth a ton of money. This is professional sports now. Plain and simple. College basketball players are earning more than Gleague and Euro players. Coaches are getting well paid to be loyal garden gnomes. If those receiving the money don’t perform now, then those giving the money (students, donors, season ticket holders) can certainly voice their displeasure and ultimately choose to stop giving the money and wasting their time following this drivel. All the other idealistic thinking being suggested about more time, these are kids, the players need time to grow etc. should stop. This is the deal that the players wanted, the coaches accept by taking the jobs, and the reality everyone (players, coaches, students, fans) face.

We could at least win a news cycle by canning him. That’s the only thing we can win the rest of this season.
I never understood the don’t fire rational

He’s terrible and he’s a lazy coach. It shows some degree of accountability to the program and the community that we care.

People care too much about the optics of his feelings.
