Fire Mark Few. Gonzaga just lost by 40

Mark Few’s team will respond and still win plenty of games. Will we? Home floor Tuesday night against a team that also lost to Kansas. I’m sure a larger crowd than the other non conference games. Can you generate real momentum? We will find out soon.

Does Mark Few have this track record in such a short spam of time? Before posting something so incredibly shortsighted, maybe try looking at the bigger picture.

So you’re saying you like red and think he’s the man for this job.
LOL. I do like Red, just like I liked Brian Daboll. And I like Fran Brown. But, ultimately, wins and losses are everything. On Tuesday, and for the rest of the season, the team can go in one of two directions. I think the players believe in Red and will work hard, and hopefully Donnie will be back, and maybe that will make a difference. And maybe it won't.

Gonzaga has beat 5 power conference teams this year. Michigan looks better than everyone except for the fact they needed OT to beat Wake by 1.

Syracuse should hire Daboll.

The story here is Dusty May.
Tremedous coach.
He immediately built Michigan into a powerhouse.
They just beat 3 ranked teams by at least 30 points apiece.
And I kind of hope they run the table.

And I find this interesting. Others, obviously, won't.

Dusty May's first two years at FAU: 34-31
Red Autry's first two years at SU: 34-31

Serious question. What do we think Red's record would be if those two years were at a CUSA team? The ACC has been weak. Outside of a couple games I don't know if the CUSA schedule is all that much weaker, but the CUSA recruiting, budget, and fan base sure are.

Some of you need to get a sense of humor and maybe step away from the phone/computer for a while.

Love that the trollers that frequent here cannot tell when they themselves are being trolled. Props to you OP.

And happy Thanksgiving to you from nearby in Rexford. Im stilling wearing my Orange but it’s a struggle lately.
At least someone gets it. Kudos.

518 represents.

You don't realize how many venomous "fans" there are. But, it's not surprising. Boeheim had more than his share of detractors and he was a Hall of Famer.

And I, and others, went on record saying how difficult it would be to replace JAB. And some people were at Red's throat from the start.

Thank you for the compliment. I didn't really want to start another thread, but felt it needed it. This season basically starts now. Let's get Donnie back and see what happens.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Time to step away and give thanks to health, happiness and hopefully a bright future for everyone's favorite sports teams.

For sure. They have been competitive and the defense solid for all but one half. I appreciate that for sure.

Honestly I’m at the end of the line on Autry after that 60 point half though. However Sports are crazy especially Syracuse sports. It’s not unheard of for things to click and to just go on a heater or just as easy for the wheels just to fall off.

I still remember watching a 30-0 Cuse team look unstoppable and then just something stopped clicking and we were terrible in March or teams that look pedestrian early on turning into powerhouses down the stretch.

I’m all seriousness I can’t see how Michigan is not ranked #1 next week.

Beating San Diego St, Auburn, and Gonzaga by an average of 36 points might be the the most impressive run I have seen in an early season tournament.

He's got some upgraded talent this year, but with some notable flaws that make this team just average (or slightly above average if you're an optimist). We really won't know how that will turn out until he plays the other average teams that define the ACC. I seriously doubt there will be a Duke or Louisville win down the line, but plenty of opportunity to prove themselves against like competition.
