Flagrant foul call lost us the game

That rule has to be amended. No way an offensive player should get called for a flagrant in that situation. They should be given enough room to swing through high or low. Like it used to be, you wanna get that close, you get jawed. Never agreed with that rule. It's different than someone swinging after a rebound. The offensive player should be entitled to his space.

Again...the team played how they played.

One point was huge, and it should not have happened. Absurd.

I'm not even complaining about the missed travel. They're going to miss some. But going back and looking at that replay for 5 minutes, and handing them a point...absolutely ridiculous and wrong. And it made a difference.
agreed. it made a difference.

We sucked on offense for over a month now. No one could hit the broad side of a barn. We had one outside threat, developed no other option off the bench, and gasped our way to the finish line. CJ looked gassed, Grant and BMK got hurt, and Cooney turned into a head case.
Predictable, plodding, slow, and inexplicably limited, this team was NOT doomed by the refs or anyone else.

You guys keep saying the same thing....and it's a whole other point. And it's obviously all true...you can point to a ton of plays we could've made but didnt. I'm not talking about that here. Same exact game, and we still could've won without that ridiculous ruling. That's a problem.

We still could've won if they weren't handed a free point. So sick of being infuriated with the way the way things are called in the NCAA game. Beyond absurd that that was a flagrant foul.

Words can't express how ridiculous it is.

Missing multiple travels was worse

Yeah, how does a guy get to lose control of the ball on his dribble, gain it back (normally a travelling call right there), then roll around on the ground grabbing at it without getting a travelling call or two?!? Even a held ball would have given SU the ball at that point, if I remember correctly.-VBOF
