People keep asking what this guy has to gain by coming forward with this allegation. SOLs have come and gone, there's seemingly little grounds for a criminal or civil case.

The Penn State case supposedly prompted this new allegation but have we considered the possibility that maybe Penn State is paying off Davis to get them off the front page? I can see Paterno's crisis management team cooking up this distraction!
