Is the presence of DiVito scaring off higher quality QBs this class. Seems to me, maybe. If so, players know who is good and who isn't, so that bodes well, I think.

If the kid is marginally talented and scared to come compete where is he going to play that has lesser talent and still be in the P5? DiVito might be great but almost every team in the ACC has a kid higher rated or equal on the roster and many have more than 1.

even then most schools are going to try and over recruit you within a yr so by the time you see the field you may not be the One at any given school.

I don't think so. Think this was just a weaker QB class without many legitimate D1 guys in our pipeline states.
