Sometimes he does it to very generic questions that any of us would ask ourselves. Yesterday he was just being playful though.

With our schedule next season, he would be in some very big games. I'm sure he would make seven figures here as well. It may just make sense.

I love Fran, but the “snake” lines honestly seem a little too strong. I am sure several of our future incoming transfers will leave their team in a way similar to what he describes. I think it is wise to tread a little lightly when talking in general about guys transferring out when you plan on bringing in a bunch of transfers yourself. I’m glad he cleared up it was not about Barnes and I don’t think it is a huge deal overall, but still, seemed a little over the top.

I hear what you are saying, but I think Fran wants his guys to have the integrity and trust in him to man up and tell him face to face. I don't think that's too much to ask. With regard to the players coming in, hopefully they do things the right way or learn from Fran how to do things the right way.
