Friday Night Pandemic Drinking and Music Jam

The Carpenters were a great group, Karen might be my all-time favorite singer. Her voice was so pure and had a beautifully sad quality to it.

And this young lady has a very similar voice, which is a good thing.

From an artist Jerron “blind boy” Paxton who keeps American traditionals alive. A multi instrumentalist who plays traditional, jazz and blues.
Song really starts around 4:30

I'm not a real big Elvis fan, he was alright. I actually heard a hit song of his for the first time this year and I must say it's probably my favorite of his.

Honestly, I think we take him for granted. So many GREAT songs and he was a true musician despite Colonel Parker's control.

This is a guy that is feeling EVERY word of this song after both MLK and Bobby Kennedy were murdered...
HOW IS THIS UNAVAILABLE AT A TIME THAT EVERYONE SHOULD LISTEN AND HEAR THIS SONG?!?!?!?!?!

Ok, I started this thread, but I have been criminally negligent. Anybody feeling some Elvis...
My 18 year old loves Elvis. He actually wears a shell casing from a bullet Elvis once shot on a necklace. I think it’s a bit weird, but my little dude is a huge fan. My wife took him and his older brother to Graceland last year.
