That's fair, yet that is still on him isn't it? He didn't bring these players though he still has to coach them up. The regression is really concerning.

It’s kinda crazy that it turns out this team was 100% reliant on Shrader being healthy and running well to win.

This was the same gameplan with Dungey. Good running QB that can make plays happen. When he was hurt we collapsed every year

I don't know that there was regression. These guys were terrible last year. At least AG moved to the head of the line.
