not at all. I was saying their defense is similar than Miami's and our offense didnt do too well against them. Then I meant I hope our defense doesnt have a let down game.

Our offense seems to sputter out of the gate. Our speed game doesn't translate as well on the grass either. It's imperative we don't make early mistakes and hand FSU points. Keep it close in the first half and pull away in the second as FSU gets fatigued.

agreed. but, they out athlete everyone they have played so far minus Bama and Miami and they are 2-5. But, we definitely need to come out on fire, put them in a hole and they may throw in the towel as the game goes on and they get more and more tired. Cannot have INTs. And as pleased as I am about our defense this year, they need to create a turnover or two, that would help.

I was very surprised Rodney dropped that int against Miami. Out of everyone he’s usually the one to catch and hold onto the ball. At the very least he’s always putting himself in a position to make a play like that.

Depends on what you mean by "grass." If you are talking about loose chunks of sod flying around as a player attempts to keep his feet against an elite defense, you just might be right.

Otherwise, I think our "speed game" is just fine on grass.

Miami helped with there own mistakes. How many wide open drops did they have in the first half? If we play clean, I like our chances. I don't want to depend on FSU making mistakes to balance out our own.
