I'm guessing you're in the Pacific Time Zone? Twitter converts the timestamp to the user's local time zone. That tweet was made at 12:40 EST, but if you're looking at it in California or something it will say 9:40am

This is how much of a priority Guerrier is! We are in excellent position with him after he completed his officials a week ago and yet JB is out to see him the day after Top5 Stewart visits and the day Girard is announcing.
