Ga Tech fires Josh Pastner / hiring Damon Stoudamire

I used to have a sweet Raps Stoudemire jersey.

Got it at the thrift store.

Years later it went back to that thrift store.

Some schools seem enamored with the Penny Hardaway/Deion Sanders model where they hire a “big name” former player and hope the recruiting success follows.

Not sure Stoudamire is that kinda guy. But GaTech has tried a litany of regular coaches and they’ve all failed. So maybe this will work.
