Sometime in the last year in an interview Fran had said he had talked to fellow coaching Friends about when to make a QB change. From that interview I got that he wouldn’t make a rash QB change. I respect that Fran has decided he will give a QB time and will not be too hasty to make a QB change.

That said, he is now going overboard. I was going to say well at least we will win against Terrible teams in UNC and BC. But now I am not optimistic in those games with Rickie at the helm. He needs to make a change. If we have a young but at least semi solid QB room as has been reported, there is no way another QB is not better than this.

He need to make a change and get some wins.
