As bad as we want to blame the offense the defense hasn’t picked them up one bit.

King is exactly the type of QB that feasts on us. We may have solved some pass rush issues... but King is too good at running/passing to not find our weakness. We needed to outscore Ga Tech. And that was not happening post-Angeli.

I think there's more going on than Angeli going down.

We ran 78 plays on offense against GaTech last year. We had 24 through the first half today.

Nixon seems to have this huge pro-style playbook but no ability to adapt to the talent he has. Ironic.

We just had 10 guys in the box and 9 of them went to the same spot right up the middle. A spot that King did not even fake to!!!

I can’t believe how amazingly bad we are at read and react. We just guess, usually incorrectly.

Maybe so. But does every coach in the country stick with QB#2 for 4 straight losses.? I think most would let their freshmen get PT.

Funny thing is out of High School Rickie was a pocket passer/pro-style QB not a dual threat QB. Problem is he just cant throw.

I'm no ERob fan but pretty sure it's not coaching that guys run right past the guy with the football, lose sight of guys in coverage, overrun angles, etc. At some point players also have to execute the scheme.
