Willis hesitates when he's handed the ball..he should be full speed ahead... and we are so slow on the D edge...Duke figured that out and everyone else is going there! how many screens and quick throws to the outside the last three games for big gains?
To me Tylik Hill was the only offensive bright spot in the 1st half.

Most concerning thing for me is the OC hasn’t modified the offense to move the pocket, get the ball in our receivers hands in any way (sweep, quick passes etc.), run the ball off the edge, etc…
how do you move a pocket with this oline?

if not for a drop and a couple penalties yellowjackets have 14 points instead of 6.

To be fair, I don’t think Fran finished the quote:

“It was close until Collins threw his first pass. Then it was over.”
IT WAS NEVER CLOSE. FRAN LIED TO US AND TO RICKIE. He should have just told the truth up front instead of trying to pump RC up & hoping he'd get better.

I hope Angeli recovers and can play next year...if not we will lose all our good wideouts to transfer portal
I'm not sure you don't lose them anyway. How does anyone trust Fran if he isn't willing to try another QB? He is wasting a season for them.

I worry about our offensive line recruiting. You need quick feet and strength. Big might not be better. Two years in a row they can’t run block. Big guys didn’t beat up smaller guys against Pitt. Bigger isn’t always better.

Changing up the complaints to defense for a minute. On the TE TD, Chestnut ran right by his responsibility. Then on the draw he went in the wrong direction again. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a player have to change directions 180 degrees after a play went right by him more than that guy.

Our safeties are flat garbage at tackling AND knowing responsibilities.
Grant is also a bad tackler by the way. He can make a big hit in the backfield if he breaks on the receiver before the catch and meets him there on a straight line. But if the player is facing him with any time, no matter if it’s standing there or coming at him. He will almost always miss the tackle.

Nobody is watching pre snap motion and reacting one bit. Nobody picks up the receivers cutting against across the play.
