Leaving this past weekend behind for now, I'm really looking forward to the Tulane game in New Orleans. As fans we learn to leave good & bad behind and look forward to the next opportunity for the team to compete & win. It's easier for me this week as I get to go to New Orleans for the game AND I get to go with my brother from Oregon. The last game we attended together was Nebraska in the 1980s which turned out pretty good. I was hoping for a statement game when we went to 5-1 and were looking set for a better season than last. It's going to take a bigger statement game than Tulane to overcome the loss to Rutgers, but I still get to go to a SU game with my brother and hang out with Syracuse fans in New Orleans. That's looking pretty good to me...
