Guilty until proven innocent

Unfortunately many people are viewing this as if BF is guilty unless proven innocent. Many posts reflect this sentiment (eg. if Bernie is found innocent... if Bernie is exonerated). Because of the whole PSU case we are all seeing this a little differently. If there was no PSU incident how would these allegations be viewed? Would ESPN be as aggressive in reporting this matter almost as if the allegations are fact? They didn't before but now they have an obviously addictive step=brother recanting his previous denial of allegations, they choose to make this a national headline story. The best we can hope for is that BF will never be found to be guilty. Unfortunately he will never be found innocent. Can't prove a negative and he is now tainted for life even if found not guilty. We will never see a headline or a ESPN report that states "Bernie Fine Innocent". That sucks if these allegations are false.

Bernie is guilty ... whether he is innocent or not. The masses love this s*** and will want to believe it ... and the media loves this and preys on this attitude.
