I played running back in highschool. We had a halfback pass in the playbook. I absolutely went deep the one time it was called. Nobody and I mean nobody, lobs it out of bounds like I can.

Hell if Avant ran the ball down the right side with Dungey out in front, it was probably a minimum 20 yard gain. Noone was there at all.

I think many of us would have loved that play if he threw it back to the back on the opposite side line. He was wide open.

I loved that play and it was called at exactly the right time when the offense needed a spark. Didn't work, still the right call at that time with the score what it was in the game
