Hawaii is suspended for next year's NCAA tournament. Not this year. And all the players have an opportunity to transfer next year with no sitting period.
I much prefer this process for punishment, as it gives Seniors a chance to play, and others the chance to leave. Should this become the mandatory way if a school wants to "Self-Impose" ... i.e. once a season starts (or players can no longer transfer), any decision goes to the next year.
Probably the jewel of the team in terms of Senior Transfers would be Stefan Jankovic -- a 6-11 shooter, who averaged 16 points a game in 25 minutes. 6-11, plays in and out. It would be nice if his Toronto roots would make us a better candidate.
