with the injury bug three games in---we are not deep enough for the season to sustain this.there had better be creative coaching as it does not look good at all---who can step up for us????paricularly reddish being out for whatever reason, which i hope it is not attitude or academics but a minor injury.

This is where depth makes a difference. In years pastwe would start moving people from offense to defense and visa versa to account for injuries. Now we look to 2 of our best recruits from last year to step up. Big difference. Also I have to be honest this is football and this years game related injuries seem to be pretty standard unless I a missing some from the last 3games, but my count is Rene, Reddish, Kobena which although they are all skill position players that is an average of one per game. Meanwhile we are expecting Flemming, and Pugh back for Big East play.

Relax it's football!! Other teams have injures also not just us... I would rather have our situation then minnesota's.. (Starting QB,Center, and a DB). We are ok.. Plus we have a bye game so we can rest up...

Yup, the off week comes at a good time this year.

True...I'd just feel better if we were 2-1 right now instead of 1-2. We lose on Saturday and I see 6-6 as about our best case.

Reddish is a good player, but if he is the difference between us winning and losing this week we would be lucky to get to 6-6 in the first place. I think we can expect to see either wigwam or Morgan step up a bit and cushion the bow. More likely Morgan since he has already burned his redshirt.
