To all my Syracuse comrades, players, coaches, families of players, and all who bleed orange, I wish you the best through the holidays. We're very fortunate to have the opportunity to congregate physically, mentally, emotionally, and electronically to celebrate a great school through its sports programs. It's been one of my great pleasures to participate as a fan at games, at tailgates, and through this board with other fans in supporting & celebrating a great set of athletic programs. I hope to participate to a greater degree in the new year and would ask that we appreciate each other and the chance to get all flustered about things that are relatively minor in the grand scheme of things. It's a great luxury. I'd also ask that we remember folks like Orangeyes during the holidays and the great love of SU sports they shared and promoted. They set quite a standard that many of you uphold on a daily basis. It's appreciated. Best wishes to all of you.

well said bud. Will look forward to seeing you next year. Merry Christmas

Missed seeing you this year but am going to be relocating to Central New York for at least next summer. Leaving Virginia and looking for a new project. Going to do some things for my brother in Binghamton and see if I can find a project that suits my skills & interests. Hope to connect with summertime SU fan activities, so keep me in mind should there be a stray golf outing. Leaving here after May. Enjoyed your Italy trip. I spent some time there a few years ago and would love to go back. My daughters are going this summer for a month, but somehow they don't want my company. Strange, eh?

What are your skills and interests? I know quite a few folks in the Binghamton area.

I'm project oriented and have spent most of my career in project management. I was a building contractor and managed building & remodeling projects, worked for FEMA for 10 years managing a large software development project, worked with SBA on a software development project, re-opened a historic inn and banquet center built in 1742, and managed a couple of small farms. I have skills in many construction trades, machinery, all kinds of systems, software, research, statistics, analysis, reports, and writing. Just looking for a new project, preferably helping good people do something meaningful. I prefer hands-on and to be active. Not as concerned about money as about the intrinsic value of projects. I like historical projects and those with a public interest, but like the pace of commercial projects as well. I like a beginning and an end and to actually produce or create something. Not concerned about any specific role as I'm very collaborative. I've managed a large staff as well as smaller teams and am a good team player in any role.

Ok sounds good ... I will ask around and if anyone has any recommendations I'll be sure to send them along!
