Love the new format in which they have 4 minutes to see how many homers they can hit and the players are matched up like match play golf or March Madness. Very dramatic with a great pace, (and less time for Chris Berman to make love to every homer or near homer). This was so good it made me want to go back in a time machine and have the prior HRDs redone under this format.

A couple of suggestions: the guy throwing the ball didn't matter in the old format: if the ball wasn't in the player's wheelhouse, he could just pass on it and lose nothing. Now a poor pitch can really cost him. I think it's time to stop using relatives and pals and put a professional pitcher out there to grove it to them, or maybe a pitching machine.

Also, they were supposed to wait for the previous drive to fall to the ground or into the stands before throwing the next pitch. The Fraziers were clearly jumping the gun on that. Either eliminate that rule or, again use a pitching machine that is triggered by someone keeping track of when the ball hits.

But a very good show tonight. We were entertained.
