Same issues every week and an offense with no rhyme or reason. Gait not exactly killing it in year 1

Gait needs to change the culture. No urgency. No attention to details. Luckily we are playing a team with the same issues so maybe there’s a chance.
It’s sad to see teams like OSU killing it, yet Syracuse as a blue blood struggles.
