I didn't watch this yet. But it is always crazy the way football schedules seem to be done/complete years in advance (when conferences aren't switching) and basketball schedules don't get finalized until a month or two before the season tips off.

The Covid year showed that football schedules don't need to be made so far in advance.

This was a very good listen. Pete explains the logistics on scheduling. With us it is having a multi-purpose building for our games.
