Real plus for the Orange in that Goodine stepped up and played well when we know that a sprained ankle by Washington is short term. Having both Goodine and Washington ready to play will be a huge factor for this team going forward. Many more options for JB when both are ready to play.

Looked more comfortable playing the 2 with JG. Loved the 2 offensive rebounds and then a 3...very happy for the young man.

I assume Howard would have already played before that happens (if he is healthy) and showed Boeheim what he has to offer that day to a point. If Howard struggled, give Bryce a chance...if he was effective he goes back in.

I’ll steal from Ghost and say it likely depends on how they practice. Right now, I have to think JB still has more confidence in HoWash.

It shouldn't be either-or. Wash should give JG3 a breather and Goodine should give Buddy a breather. Foul trouble shouldn't be the only reason these guys see some action.
