Not quite yet, at that stage it is called a mash. Those little tan things are malted barley kernels. It isn't wort until the amylases have digested the starches and the liquid drained. That is my 15gallon rubbermaid cooler mashtun and my super ingenious sparging system.
As a matter of fact, Saturday I will be brewing, and I am trying to figure a suitable beer name/style to comemorate the occasion.
Also, I feel paranoid still, but Jake has spoken (cryptically again nontheless)
