i find this so annoying

So even in the middle of season once a player gets on the NBA radar he should take it easy and try not to get hurt. Is that what you are saying? You know, not scrap for balls and stuff.

I disagree with this sentiment. I think the me-and-done mentality is really bad for CBB. I guess it depends on how much you love CBB. You are certainly entitled to your opinion.

I'm just saying they should always make the nba, and their career, their priority.

It's funny too because if we were just talking about a business student or something who made their career their focus in college, they'd get lauded for it.

These are actual people with actual lives. They aren't just playing basketball for our amusement.

I think he's talking about the stay or go decision, .

Yeah, I'm pretty sick of topic. I agree we should let it go. The idea that half way through a season, after getting on the NBA draft radar, that a player should coast so as not to get injure just seems really wrong to me. Whatever you guys want. I'm sick of the NBA. I don't even watch it.

I see his point or do you think accepting a CBB scholarship has no responsibilities or loyalties to the school or fan base?

No, it doesn't. I'd be interested to know why you think it does. On that note, I will try to read the rest of this thread to see if you answered that already.

Because as soon as the school offers a scholarship to a player they're completely loyal and would never revoke the schollie from him if they found someone better. Right?

I honestly have no idea where you're getting this from. No one in this thread has suggested a prospect has (or should) do what you describe.
