I guess JB Forgot how to Coach again between Saturday and tonight

It’s interesting how people need to twist their perceptions and reasoning and what they think is “logic,” to focus on there only being a small spot of blood on the floor, while ignoring the gaping chest wound and the protruding axe.

Yep, we lost to Number 8. In years past, there might not be any shame in that. But, the question is, why aren’t we the number 8 team? Virginia seems to be in that position a lot. While we don’t crack the top 25. And that’s just the broad question. What about the specifics that determine that we are a mid league team, consistently, for too many years. With no signs of improving. With no path toward reaching number 8.

But it’s all cool, right?

We beat Virginia a few times. And VA was a better program in the years in which we got those wins, as well.

They're clueless. Don't waste your time. When we beat NCSU, they will go into hiding again until we lose, or kcsu will make some post about how JB finally played Kadary enough. Rinse, repeat. It's not even laughable at this point. It's just pathetic.

I did some laughing postgame last night
 
My issue with last night is that the team looked like a team totally unprepared for the game. Even Quincy said we didn’t recognize their shooters. That’s inexplainable. You don’t recognize once ok, but after that you get sat down. It’s amazing how being pulled can get your attention. There’s too little accountability on this team. I don’t buy the excuse “we’re playing the best players that give us a chance to win.” That’s horse crap. There’s no rhyme or reason for substitutions and how Marek and Buddy continue to play the minutes they do is crazy. I‘m getting tired hearing excuse after excuse. It’s called “coaching” up your team and not just doing the same old thing. If it doesn’t work you can’t keep doing the same thing. Unfortunately, we all know change won’t take place. How do you reward a player after helping you win a game against Miami? You play him three minutes in the next two games. What a way to encourage players to work hard. It’s just getting old.

i could say that your just projecting your ignorance for not recognizing that our once mighty program is now a mediocre, middle of the pack, team. And you’re also delusional if you think it is just going to magically get better because we have a HOF coach. Especially when the same coach is the one who: 1) Fails to recruit a viable center and 2) Refuses to sub out players when they shoot 5/20 with at least 5 turnovers AND plays non-existent defense.

You think so? There were people giving balanced fair criticism after the wins too, so nobody went into hiding. But the reponse to those people after those games is, "Shut up, we won." Some people actually watch the games and have opinions on the quality of play win or lose.

If we put up a fight and lost that would be one thing, but we didn't. If we're giving up alley-oops like we did last night, I would hope it would be because we're getting out on shooters, but we weren't. We got beat inside and outside. How many times did Bilas say that he was surprised at now poorly we were identifying the shooters?
