I used to watch every game from start to finish regardless the score but now days, I often turn the game off for my own mental health. This started the last few years under Jim.

I wish I shared your optimism. I have very little faith in the leadership to do what needs to be done to fix basketball.

I kind of get football. I don’t think we are ever going to be a consistently good team ever again but I think we should be able to compete at a high level in basketball. Unfortunately we have a clown show for decision makers at SU. Let’s hope they stumble into a good hire even if it is by blind luck.

didn't even know what time they were playing until I saw the final score flash on my ESPN notification. Missed the game completely and didn't care. Inconceivable just 5 years ago.

I know the regression of our program is very difficult to accept because of our past success but in general college hoops is nothing like it used to be, I as well as many of you were blessed to see college hoops at it's peak but due to our passion and faith we hang in there hoping our glory days of the past will come back and trust me it will. I used to always watch a game live, or at worst DVR it and not let any one talk to me before I got to watch it "live".

Now, I just can't. Too painful to watch. I tend to record the games, check the score, and then watch if it seems like we put an effort it. Can't believe it's down to this. Time for a significant change.

These are very bleak times to be a Cuse fan. Hopefully lacrosse will lift our spirits. But I'm with you JarHead, it's sad and depressing. The least painful thing to do is not watch the game in real time, check the score the next day, and if they happen to win then watch the next day on ESPN app. It's good for blood pressure control lol
